Easily the most ambitious project I’ve ever done, over a year from start to finish.
Created during the lock-down of the pandemic, the ouija boards were designed by me and then brought to fruition with a TON of help from my friend Fred Bouin at his wood shop.
The boards and planchettes are made out of Russian Birch sourced in Mtl-Nord and were completely cut, sanded, polished and stained in Rosemont right beside the train tracks in Fred’s wood shop.
The planchettes have a hard plastic piece seamlessly attached to the bottom for extra slide-ability during connections.
